Career direction check

90 Day Mentoring Challenge diagnostic

Mark each statement that is honestly true today. The check looks at six foundations of career momentum: direction, business value, evidence, relationships, focus and action.

I can describe the career move I want to make in the next 12 months, including the work I want to do and why it suits me. I can explain the business problems I solve through Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or AI-enabled solutions, and the value my work creates. I can show recent evidence of that value through a delivered solution, case study, demonstration, recommendation or community contribution. I have relationships beyond my immediate workplace with people who understand my work and can challenge, recommend or connect me. I can identify the gap most likely to hold back my next move, whether that is capability, evidence, relationships or visibility. I have protected time and a specific first action I will complete in the next seven days.

Your next move needs a clearer foundation

Start by naming the move you want, the business value you can create, and one action you will complete in the next seven days.
